Mr. Mattioli is the father of one of the victims in the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. Despite being personally effected by this tragedy, and having the spotlight thrust upon him, he manages to stay rational and stick to his beliefs. He makes some good points such as that laws are useless if they are not effectively enforced, and that criminals, by definition, break the law.
